At our 4/28 Sunday service we launched our Stewardship 2013 campaign with a two-page flyer. Click here for page one and here for page two. Included in the flyer was a pledge card which you can see here. An important addition this year is that you can make your monthly payment toward your pledge by using PayPal or a credit card under the Donate menu at the upper right.
Pledge cards will be available at each service until we close the campaign on June 23 at our Annual Fellowship Meeting. You can always print the card off your computer and bring it to a service, or you can just email Gary at firstname.lastname@example.org with your pledge amount for the year and method of payment.
Thank you for your generous support.
Professor Andrew R. Davis
Professor Andrew R. Davis of the School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University talked to us about Abraham's Legacy: Shared and Divergent Traditions in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. His presentation was both informative and thought-provoking, tracing the historical record of each religion, and was followed by a vigorous Question & Answer period. You can listen to his talk, plus the Q & A, by clicking here.
We enjoyed our annual Christmas holiday service followed by a potluck dinner. Alan Searle and Jeri Carey gave us readings and music, and we added traditional carols. We must have enjoyed ourselves, as no one managed to take any photos!
